Vivian Danielsen, REALTORŪ
 has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, including: title, escrow, syndications, legal aspects, auctions, new construction sales and leasing, and residential and commercial resale. Her expertise ranges from assisting the first time home buyer to builder/developer relations and high-level assistance with City and County authorities. Vivian graduated Summa Cum Laude from Notre Dame University in Belmont, California, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Marketing and Management. She is also a published writer. Outside of her real estate career here in the Foothills of California's Gold Country, Vivian enjoys her position as a Director of the Angels Camp Library Committee (she is chairing the Angels Camp Christmas Home Tour in 2007), as well as working with other humanitarian causes, such as the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity. As an animal enthusiast, Vivian gives freely of her time to rescue small animals and other types wildlife; participating with local rescue services. Vivian and her husband, Tom, have their own home building company in Angels Camp. Danielsen Fine Homes concentrates its efforts on luxury home building, home and cabin renovation in Angels Camp, Arnold, Copperopolis, Dorrington, and Murphys. Both Tom and Vivian are interested and knowledgeable in "Green" home building and home energy savings techniques. The first in a series of their workshops on these and other topics was held in March of 2007 at Greenhorn Creek, where it was well attended. Danielsen Fine Homes is an Energy Star Rated Contractor and belongs to the California Building Performance Contractors Association.
